2021/2022 Gender Pay Gap Report

At Employability Solutions, we believe in and celebrate diversity in our workplace. Our vision is to create an environment that is open to all and enables everyone to achieve their full potential. In doing so, we seek to evolve a culture where all staff and students take responsibility for eliminating discrimination and promoting equality.  

In 2017, the Government made it mandatory for all large organisations to report their gender pay gap. In response to this, despite being a smaller organisation, we have decided to publish the below.

With a snapshot taken from April 2021, our gender pay gap by mean average is 9.8% in favour of women compared to the UK average of 15.4% in favour of men.
