We start with the young person, where they are at right now - not their label, behaviour, history, or paperwork!

We want every young person to leave us with a future and be ready for it. From the get-go, every young person has a clear individualised learning plan, connecting their learning, interests, personal development, and next steps.

We recognise and measure progress academically, socially, emotionally, behaviourally, and personally. Qualifications matter, but they are only part of the story. We also build confidence, communication, independence, employability, and readiness for adult life.

Our learners are supported to progress into further education, training, employment or greater independence with a planned next step and the confidence to transition into it.

At Employability Solutions, we create calm, inclusive environments where relationships come first. Through PACE, trauma-informed practice and a trusted adult who sees, hears, and knows them, young people begin to regulate, rebuild trust, and reconnect with education.
