The Independence and Adulthood Pathway
‘Thrive’ is our full-time post-16 (KS5) programme designed to prepare young people with an EHCP for employment, further education and independent adult life. This programme focuses on developing real-world skills, wellbeing, gaining meaningful experience and supporting young people to successfully transition into their next destination.
